We had our weekend bog walk last weekend. It had rained so the boardwalk was slippery. I kept yelling at the dogs to SLOW DOWN or they would slip and break their backs. They would slow down--for a little while, but the fun of the boardwalk is running fastfastfast like steeds pulling a chariot.
The cat likes to go ahead, only once in a while, and here she's sitting on a bench staring at who knows what.
Some friends wanted to get together to chip in on a bench in memory of someone who died, so they asked the Nature Conservancy how much that would cost. When they found out it was $10,000 they decided to do something else.
