Bog flora is coming back. Most of the trees in the bog are black spruce (which smells like cat pee when it gets wet), and the majority of those trees have died off. It's nice to see all the new (green) growth.
I have a friend whose family once had a black spruce tree for a Christmas tree. He said it was a big mistake. yeah, I'll say.
