This was the view from our hotel room in Alexandria Bay a couple of weeks ago. I spent one night there with a friend, staying for a regional meeting the next day. There was a huge storm that night and the next morning some of the chairs were in the swimming pool. My friend got stuck in the elevator when the power went out. Yikes. It was only out for a few seconds but she said it was dark, very dark.
