After Christmas we walked on the beach, but it was a foggy/misty day with strong wind.  Even though we had the whole beach to ourselves, we kept the dogs on leashes, which they did NOT appreciate at all.  We didn't walk far--Tess starts to limp when she gets bored, and it didn't take long for her to be bored by walking on a leash.
