This is Alder Brook, which crosses the road on the way to Silver Lake from the west. I always thought this road was the Union Falls Road, but Jenica and I discovered it's been renamed the Alder Brook Road. Very confusing when using Mapquest to get directions for friends.
I like the way this picture looks crooked because of the way the brook flows. I made an effort to keep the horizon straight because lots of times I don't
